GREETING: how do people greet each other in Tunisia?

There are several ways of greetings in Tunisia. To start with the most knowing ones are the shake hand and the word “asslama”, it is applied by all the categories, regions and genders. Also, there are many other ways to greet. Each one is related to a specific category, region, and gender.  In south Tunisia for example, the greetings differ from one region to another. In Tataouine, men greet by kissing on the shoulders. In Matmata, old women greet by kissing many kisses on one cheek and one on the other cheek. In Gbeli, the old men and women greet by kissing the hands alternately. In north Tunisia, there are no specific greetings. When they meet they greet by kissing two or three kisses each one on the cheek.
